Take control of your wireless service whenever and wherever you are with the Telcel My Account App. This app allows you to manage various aspects of your wireless service directly from your phone.
Here's an overview of how it functions:
- Download the app, open it, agree with the End User License Agreement, and then choose to log in if you already have a Telcel Account. Alternatively, you can create an account by selecting "Create an Account".
- After logging in, you can view your Service End Date, monitor your Balance on the home screen, and refill your Airtime by choosing "Buy Airtime" or "Add Airtime" if you have an Airtime PIN.
- Additional features include managing Credit Cards, Adding or Removing Devices from the Account, checking your transaction history, and utilizing the retail locator.
Airtime PINs can be found on the back of the Telcel Service Card or on your purchase receipt. To reveal the PIN on the Telcel Service Card, locate the grey strip on the back and scratch it off.
